HDSG & Associates, Chartered Accountants is a 42 years old firm registered in 1981 and currently has fourteen partners, and some of the highlights/milestones are:
- ❖ Registered with C. A. G. for allotment of statutory audit of public sector units.
- ❖ Empanelled with RBI for Central Statutory Audit and Statutory Branch Audits of Indian Banks. In January 2023 appointed by RBI for survey of Selected NBFCs.
- ❖ HDSG was one of the Central Statutory Auditors of Punjab National Bank for 2017-20 and since then a Statutory Branch Auditor of Union Bank of India.
- ❖ Currently Appointed as Central Statutory Auditors of UCO Bank.
- ❖ Concurrent Audits for several Private and PSBs.
- ❖ Empanelled with the Indian Bank's Association (IBA) as Agency for Specialised Monitoring (ASM) for Bank Advances of more than Rs. 250 Crores and such Assignments are being carried out.
- ❖ The firm has vast experience of Stock Investigation (forensic) Audit /ASM for various banks.
- ❖ 14 Partners with 2 partners being CPA'S and 2 are qualified ISA (Information Systems Auditor) Total Number Of Staff 90 and Offices in India 8.
